RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at: wiolettarybolowicz@gmail.com – each situation is considered individually.

Important Note: Products are shipped directly from our suppliers (dropshipping), so the return address varies depending on the specific product and supplier. After you request a return, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send products back without prior contact – such shipments may not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with regulations applicable in European Union countries, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email to wiolettarybolowicz@gmail.com) before the withdrawal period expires.

Upon receiving your withdrawal statement, we will return to you all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of ordinary delivery).

The refund will be made immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day we informed you about receiving your withdrawal statement.

REFUNDS AND RETURN COSTS After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the customer all payments received from them, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest available method). The refund will be made immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the seller agrees otherwise or when the returned product is defective.
