I never planned to become a full-time rescuer.
It all started during a holiday in Didim, Turkey, when I met my first rescue, Turek — a gentle, soulful street dog who changed my life. Within months, I left everything behind, packed up my own dog, and returned to Didim to help.
Over the past year, I’ve volunteered with CoDa (@coda_careofdidimanimals), raised funds independently, created adoption campaigns, and found homes for over 15 shelter animals. But the situation in Turkey has worsened. A new law is forcing street dogs into already overcrowded shelters, where disease spreads rapidly and survival rates are devastatingly low. Puppies die every single day. I’ve seen it. I carry the trauma of it.
This shop is my way of fighting back. Every item in this collection supports our current rescue missions. It’s not just a mug or a t-shirt — it’s food, vaccines, transport, and life-saving care.
